PickleballReady is a pickleball coach for recreational players, operated by Koloq. This page describes what we collect, why, and who processes it.

What we collect

• Account. Email, sign-in provider (email, Google, or Apple), and optional display name and @handle for groups.
• How you feel. Check-ins, soreness areas, energy, games you log, and routines you complete. Stored so the app can personalize movement suggestions for you.
• Coach conversations. Messages you send the coach and the replies you receive. Used only to run the coach for your account.
• Groups. Crew membership, group chat, and games posted to a group calendar.
• Purchases. Subscription status if you buy Plus (processed by the App Store or Google Play via RevenueCat). We do not store your full payment card number.
• Device. Push notification token if you enable reminders.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not use how-you-feel or coach text for advertising.
• We do not send coach conversation text, check-ins, or other how-you-feel content to product analytics.

Who processes data

• Supabase — accounts, database, and file storage (including exercise video loops).
• Google Gemini — inference processor for the coach (understanding what you typed and explaining catalog movements). Gemini does not choose the exercises; a rules engine does.
• Microsoft Azure — hosts the PickleballReady API.
• RevenueCat — subscription status for App Store and Google Play.
• Expo — push delivery for reminders you opt into.
• Apple and Google — sign-in, if you choose those providers.
• Sentry — crash and error reports. Health and conversation text are redacted.
• PostHog — product analytics (screens, feature use). Not used for ads. Coach text and how-you-feel content are not sent there.

This marketing site is hosted on Azure Static Web Apps and loads the Outfit font from Google Fonts. The site may produce standard access logs.

Safety features are not a paid product

Escalations, safe refusals, and disclaimers are free and unconditional. They are never turned off for a plan or a quota.

Retention and your choices

We keep account and coaching data while your account is active. You can email [email protected] to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to delete your account. We will also honor deletion requests required by the App Store or Google Play.

Children

PickleballReady is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
