For recreational pickleball

A coach for the whole game.

PickleballReady helps you feel ready, train with purpose, play smarter, and understand the game. The closed beta starts with how you feel and how you play. Movement comes from a fixed catalog — not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for professional care.

Wellness

Tell it how you feel. Get a short, gentle routine.

This is the wellness side of the coach, and it is what the beta does today. Type in your own words — a tight shoulder after doubles, a stiff calf the morning after. It maps that to movements from a curated catalog. It never invents exercises.

If something sounds beyond a movement coach, PickleballReady steps back and points you toward professional care. Those safety checks are always on, for everyone.

Move

Tap the area that feels tight. Browse movements made for the court.

A labeled body map filters the catalog. Each move has clear cues and why it helps pickleball — warm-up, recovery, mobility, or strengthening.

Prop the phone up and follow along. Routines stay short so you can use them before a game or after you get home.

Play

See play, rest, and sore days together.

Log a game, check in after you play, and watch readiness change with how you feel. A daily score helps you decide whether to push or ease in — it is a simple formula, not a clinical reading.

Invite your crew, chat, and put group games on everyone’s calendar so the week is easier to plan.

Routines

Pre-game, recovery, and the spots that need extra care.

Four minutes before you walk on court. A cooldown when you get home. Extra work where you feel it most.

Pre-game conditioning sequence of seven gentle moves
Recovery routine with seven full-body movements
Weak-spot training routine with three strengthening moves

Coaching for the game, not medical care

PickleballReady is a pickleball coach. When it suggests movement, that is gentle mobility, recovery, and strengthening — not a diagnosis, a treatment, or a substitute for a clinician. If something feels sudden, severe, or unsafe, stop and seek appropriate care. Terms · Privacy
